Pondy Ginger is 10th hotel in chain

Ginger, the budget hotel chain promoted by the Tata enterprose, Indian Hotel Company Limited (IHCL) has tied up with 'The Harbour Market', a multi cuisine restaurant specialising in coastal flavours promoted by Malayalam superstar Mohanlal, and with the book store chain 'Landmark'.

The tenth Ginger hotel, opened in Puducherry on Friday (07-12-2007), has the Harbour Market, promoted by Mohanlal's Taste Buds Restaurant Pvt Limited, and Landmark in its premises.

"Puducherry unit is the first of the Ginger chain to have the tie-ups on the site. We propose to extend the two additional services to other units shortly after analysing the response from the customers," said Prabhat Pani CEO, Roots Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of IHCL.
